Imagine you are that gym owner and you feel you are being unfairly and unconstitutionally forced to shut down against your will yet you stand your ground. You are in your gym and cops show up with K9’s. They break down your doors, release German Shepherd’s on you, what do you do to defend yourself? This has turned into a life or death situation that the government and cops have created and you feel your life is in danger. What can you legally do to defend yourself?

Any damages done to him, his business, or his business partners is a separate issue. The government needs to give him HIS money
100% agree with that. My comment was about this part below and you know his court costs and lost of revenue need to be accounted for as well

I mean, of course you're gonna be dealt with if you frick with the K9.
frick all cops, and the dogs need to be either retrained or unfortunately put down if they’ve been made too aggressive by the pigs.

How can you look at the measures taken so far and call that "slight"?! This will probably end up costing in the ballpark of a trillion dollars in lost economic output. It's not the virus doing that, it's our response to it. So many small businesses will have to shut down for good. And larger businesses will trim down after realizing they don't need so many employees. Many people will be unemployed after all this. The effects will be felt for a long time. And this is shitty to say, but the worst part is there will be nothing to rebuild when everything calms down. At least after a natural disaster, there are homes and other structures that need repair, which boosts the economy for a while. After this it will just be a prolonged period of gradual improvement. How many lives is all this worth? Keep in mind that the flu is at this moment still killing over 10 times as many people every day.
The profit, korkstand.

I will never forget the girl I was dating at the time lost her father due to complications from Covid. Basically was put on a machine and died shortly after. Regardless, she and her family were unable to visit him because….
At the same time the riots were taking place. Many of the same people preaching about staying home were cool with riots. You even had posters like Early Culyer openly mocking people who wanted to visit sick relatives. There was a nurse on here calling others evil for wanting to visit sick relatives. Not to mention the moderates that were all for killing business in the name of safety.
