Well yeah. But that "all over" was concentrated to Southeast Texas. That's a ton of water in that relatively small area.

You could say that. We saw what 20-30" did last summer.

Worst case would be a stalled TS throwing Harvey type rains at us, positioned to have wind pushing back against the Amite where it drains out into the lakes and the Bonnie Carre opened 100%. The odds of all those factors lining up correctly is thankfully extremely unlikely.
