Putting aside that TC is a bigot, why would anyone buy a TV from Costco or Walmart? Rule of thumb is that if you can buy eggs milk and bread from there you probably shouldn't but a television from that same place

There are no reasonably priced outdoor tv's. Just get the cheapest, highest resolution LCD and cover it with something when not in use.
