Nah. He's just an outsider who makes fun of OTers, Baton Rouge people in general and our city/suburbs, and plans to move back to Gods Country Greenville, SC as soon as he's canned with his golden parachute or he retires.

They tend to get a little aggressive with things at times, especially first day people and people who in general just act up. My experience was about 3.5 years ago though. Maybe it's changed.
