I was approaching the light for Annunciation and Calliope and a pretty new crossover with Florida plates was in front of me, it stops at the light and 3 "homeless guys" get out of the car complete with signs and start walking towards different blocks.

Can't do percentages. You're asking to get cheated. Flat fee only. Unless of course he uses square, then you could track the transaction history of credit card donations and take a cut of that on top of your daily cash flat fee....
