Really. I wanted to do the challenge.. I've done such a challenge before, and I'm usually fine til about wing #15, then it becomes a fight to finish. Most places give you the food for free if you can finish the meal; not Plucker's. Should be free if you succeed, imo

Mango habanero at bw3 is dependent upon whoever mixes the sauce. One time its tasty with heat, the next its liquid fire.
Wildly inconsistent and I think I like that aspect. Will it be a good meal or will I ride the lightning? I personally think its hotter than the blazing.

The source is a 7 mil scoville hot sauce at the jerky place in Denham near Bass Pro.

When they were building Perkins Rowe, that's all I ever saw the Mexicans eat in there.

I usually order Mango Habanero and Caribbean Jerk at BWW.
If you buy a bottle of Mango Habanero and use it on home cooked wings, it is much hotter than those you will get in house.
