You would classify the Ardsley Park/ Starland District/ Downtown areas of Savannah as podunk though?

Yea.

At the very least it explains why you don’t really understand what’s going on in this thread.

Why would you classify those areas as podunk? Podunk is a small town that is typically dull or insignificant yet Savannah's biggest industry is tourism.

Maybe not podunk, but it's certainly small city at best. it's like the size of Monroe

You were a pro basketball player? If so that's pretty damn cool.

It’s more about the actual population. And again, it’s why you don’t really understand what’s going on here. Whether it is or isn’t podunk isn’t the point.

PS why was the FOOTBALL team given Air Force 1s? Those are in no way, shape or form, football shoes.

The population that is supplemented by over 13 million visitors from all parts of the country and the world each year?

It's demographics retard, not the number of people. Damn do you need someone to hold your hand through this?

No. The actual permanent population, bro. You know, the people that actually live there?

This isn’t an attack on you or savannah. I like Savannah. But the fact that you’re still not getting it is only proving the point that you don’t know where urban culture or whatever you want to call it is at these days. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

If those type of shoes are hip then my dad has been hip since like 1989. Guy has worn Reebok Classics for literallyas long as I can remember and I’m pretty sure he has a brand new pair boxed up in his closet at all times.

You don't think those 13 million visitors yearly or of diverse demographics?

My point is with the 13 million visitors annually I come across a wide range of diverse cultures and people from all over the country on a daily basis.

THEY DONT LIVE THERE and therefore do not have much if any impact on the local culture.

Moreover, I’d like to see where these tourists are coming from and their demographics. I would guess it’s mostly regional.

Not really, it's just the same white people as the ones that live there.
