Woke up with the worst case of hemorrhoids in my life. Bed ridden so bad I could only lay on one side of my body to tolerate the pain.
Bent down over a mirror on the floor to make sure that's what the problem was, and it was the grossest thing I've ever seen.
I looked up severe cases online to compare my own, and discovered that, as bad as my case was, I can only suggest... don't do that. Seriously.
