It more depends how confident you are she wouldn't cheat on you. And so far this doesn't sound good. Seems like even if she isn't cheating on you or wouldn't there is some interest in interacting with this dude. Either as fantasy or setting up something in the future. Sounds like you are the less dominant one in the relationship and any sign of disinterest I received from her I would let her go.

we've been going out for about a year, things are going well, and i haven't noticed any signs of disinterest from her.
I'm not trying to be paranoid or insecure here, i just don't want to be ignorant about what may be going on.
