Not responding to anyone specific but....
Putting 5 celebrity women, which are more than likely progressive, on the same island is a fricking disaster. They couldn't make hard decision and would kill each other by week 2. Also, consider their menstrual cycle and someone could be pissed off every week.
ETA: They are also all spoiled and use to a lavish lifestyle.

That's nice. However, the challenge in the OP is to pick 5 celebrities. Says it right there in the title. I do agree with your premise that the celebrities need to people that know how to live in the real world and take care of themselves. Most celebrities would be useless, annoying as hell, and end up getting everyone killed.
