As they shouldn’t. Why would one volunteer or answer a call to fight for those crooked, lying arse politicians? They’ll use the same “fighting for freedom” non sense they always use, but any war that’s fought when the US hasn’t been attacked on our home soil, isn’t for “freedom.”
I personally hope all this just goes up in flames and everyone just starts fighting. Completely selfish here, but I have an 11 year old and I don’t want him to have to be sent in to a war zone later in life because we have complete incompetence of leadership of this country.

That is the problem with the way we see things in the US. We are short sighted when it comes to time. There is a saying in Europe.
In Europe, we think 100km's is a long way.
In the US, you think 100 years is a long time.

Don't want my nephews involved in a war for Israel. Those are usually the people behind most wars, anyway weather Iseael is involved or not.

I'll go on a limb and guess the 9 US citizen's families want some form of justice regardless if we all agree to what extent that should be carried out.

Well, not at first. But if we send any troops at all, eventually it will take every troop, man, woman, and child in America to take up arms because we'll be at world war. Nukes will likely be flying soon afterwards so none of it will matter anyway though.
So hooray. The whole world gets to end because of the middle east and Taiwan.
