If infinite alternate universes exist then everyone is everyone else

If there are infinite strings branching off infinite choices in infinite parallel universes then it stands to reason that in some existence you are the exact person sitting next to you and that person has simultaneously traded places with you.

btw, was too late to post in your thread a few days back about rotation being the foundation of existence.
In context of the philosophical elements (fire, water, air & earth), considering:
- fire is equated to expansion (and heat, electricity, light, etc.)
- water to contraction (+ cold, magnetism, dark, etc)
Do you think it's reasonable to attribute rotation to the air element, since air is considered the balance between the two, and a stable rotating entity balances expansion & contraction / stillness & motion?
Interesting implications would stem from that with life equating to motion / breath / consciousness.
