Personally, I've found single women over 30 to be fun to date (and I'm not even 30 yet). They usually are self-assured and have made it through the panic that many women get in their late 20s when they see all of their friends getting engaged. Although, I will admit that I've only dated a few over 30 and they were very early 30s. Things could be different later on.
The real sweet spot is age 24-26, when girls are no longer like oh ma God let's do shots but haven't yet started thinking their ovaries are hour glasses with sand spilling out of them.

She might be an aberration, but I know a single 36-year-old woman. Nothing wrong with her that I can tell. Has a great career(makes over 100k), still attractive(teaches classes at the gym), owns her own house, etc...she's just had a few long-term relationships that fizzled before marriage and is unwilling to settle.

I have friends that were married and divorced before they got to 30.
My last two gfs really put pressure on me to marry them. They figured if they wait too long their youth would be gone. This is such a bs way of thinking. Makes me think some women want to get married for the sake of being married.
Now that I'm dating a woman in her 30s, it's just much more easy going.
Also if you find a beautiful woman in her 30s that has taken care of herself, chances are she will continue down that road. So you guys go ahead and leave them be. Leaves more for the rest of us.

About seven years ago , I met an attractive 26 year old lady who was divorced with no kids. I asked her out but I was shy and nervous about following through because she was 16 years my junior. A few months later, we met at the gym and she straight up told me that :
1. She wanted to be engaged within a year to some great guy.
2. She wanted to be married by 29/30.
3. She wanted a baby by 30-32.
She and I never dated but she did meet a guy and now has a baby. She and the guy are not married but are living together. I guess her plans worked to her schedule.

In DC it's more common than not for a woman to be over 30 and single.

Mom didn't have me until she was 32. My parents just made their 37th anniversary this week.
Do I think she's crazy? Yeah, but that didn't stop her from being a great mom and wife.

True story: met a woman for coffee that I met online in You me. Profile said no kids, in conversation it went to one kid, a little while later it was three kids. Then she tried having me take her kids to my condo in Orange Beach...

I'm not even going to try to compete with that. Like anyone who has done online dating, I have met with women that obviously used old pictures on their profile. My favorite was the one that started with telling me she wasn't looking for a dad for her kid. It went from "My daughter has a great father. We just couldn't make it work but we share custody and get along fine." That was obviously bullshite. Two weeks later the story changed to, the ex husband is a drug addicted loser that beat her while they were together, never sees his kid, and can't hold down a job.
