You cannot claim in this instance that you didn't know. You've known for days Irma is coming to visit Florida. People are not smart sometimes.

My guess is it is at the southernmost point. If you look at a map, there should literally only be one option.

ETA: Whitehead St and South St

And it looks like my assumption was wrong. It appears the actual southernmost point is a quarter mile southwest at the Whitehead Spit.

ETA2: Nerd Alert! The actual southernmost point is Ballast Key about 10 miles WSW from Whitehead Spit.

Ballast Key is the Southernmost point. Private island owned by some guy. The Navy also owns some land further south of the bouy, but you can't access this for obvious reasons. Dolphins with lasers and shite probably.
