Everything about this guy screams incel who got shut down or wanted to prove a point. Saw a video of a girl on social media who went on a tinder date with him described his actions and it was creepy as hell. Invited himself into her dorm, kept trying to touch her in a non-sexual way (and lied about doing it) followed her to the bathroom, etc.

Yes. And in a presser LE said a couple friends were there when they arrived but rumor is it was neighbors (also college aged) who ran over to help Dylan passed out in front of the house and who heard them screaming freaking out in front of the house.

Also, I agree with your theory - that he more than likely found out about them through the restaurant and then stalked them. First, I bet he searched their social media, then began physically stalking them from a distance.

Crazy... the guy studied and taught criminology, and was no doubt very versed in types of evidence and how it's acquired. Yet he brings his cell phone with him to the scene of the crime.

In a lot of college towns housing is similar to this. Everyone locks their bedroom doors on both side. "Your space" is in your bedroom, its locked when you are not there and its locked when you are there. The rest of the house is communal and tons of people come in and out of it. "Your home" doesnt begin at the outside door it begins at your bedroom door. I'm not sure why this sounds so foreign to people. I'm not even sure we had keys to some of the outside doors in some places I lived.

He wouldn’t even have to go that far. On this very website, geo tagged babe threads are not uncommon. He’s literally a couple clicks away on IG from scrolling through thousands of female pics geo tagged to the Moscow Idaho area. These girls were highly active on social media, tagging friends, tagging their other accounts and dropping their locations.
Btw if you have a wife or daughter, you better come down hard on them geo tagging themselves. Someone you’ve never met can instantly have directions all the way to your front door.

Maybe he's not the guy. One would also think he'd know to wear shoe coverings. IMO the crime was not planned for this specific night or it's not him.

It’s definitely him. No matter what kind of plans you’re talking, plans rarely go exactly how you planned it. Imo this was go time for him. Time to stop thinking about it, time to do it. He’d been in the area multiple times but this time he shut his phone off. Then there is evidence of him circling the area. I think he even made a high speed turn that caught the attention of a gas station attendant. That behavior sounds to me like someone trying to amp himself up and take the next step. Probably telling himself to stop being a pussy and do it. By the time he hit the front door he was amped up and full of rage.

It's definitely him. There is way too much circumstantial evidence to overcome or provide any other reasonable explanation.
The surviving roommate's eyewitness account, assuming she testifies, doesn't hurt the prosecution's case either. She said something that the figure she saw was 5'10" or taller, male, not very muscular, but athletically built with bushy eyebrows. He fits that description. She didn't mention any negating characteristics - for example, female, African American, Asian, Hispanic, dreadlocks, shaved head, Afro, mohawk, red hair, blonde hair, etc. They'll do their absolute best to discredit her observation (it was dark, were you sober, how could you really tell, etc.), but the fact remains that her account still fits his description.
Couple that we the overwhelming circumstantial evidence...he's toast.

This I don't buy. The dad seems entirely obtuse to the situation in the body cam video. If anything, Bryan is being intentionally vague about their travel. The dad is providing truthful answers (We're coming from WSU, We're heading to the Poconos) and filling in the gaps from Bryan's odd comments (We're getting Thai food).
