Read the affidavit. We can’t keep answering the same questions when the info is out there.
Have a child that has some reading comprehension skills read it to you next time, so I don't have to do this long fricking explanation.
The affidavit said she saw him. The baw I responded to said they came eye to eye, meaning he also saw her. I have not seen it confirmed that he saw her, but baw said he did, so I was asking for a link to that.
You're welcome.

You’re not going to get 100% confirmation on every detail so there isn’t a point in asking. He hasn’t spoken. You can only take her word that she froze and he walked right passed her. No need to ask for a link with anything to do from his point of view.

I know that, and have stated it, in this thread.

I believe her. She was there. What I was questioning was the erroneous fricking post I asked for a link that said he also saw her. Saying things happened that didn't needs to stop. When I see something posted that I feel is either wrong, or possibly new, I will ask for a fricking link.
Do you understand now?
Once again, I was not questioning her saying she saw him.

Whether he saw her or not, I don't know. But I can tell you from her statement that she was looking out her bedroom door (the door closed on the left below). And he approached her from basically where the camera is, walked right by her and took a right into the kitchen (where the girl in the picture below is immerging from).
Now, did he see her? I don't know. But there is a damn good chance he did unless she only had the door cracked.

Random thoughts.
The glass sliding door was unlocked, correct? If locked, and ground floor locked, do these murders still happen? Just trying to think whether any hiccup would have stopped the killer or was he determined. I suppose he was getting in there and killing someone no matter what?

It has been posted in this thread that there was a window that wouldn't lock, and that it had been posted on social media by one of the occupants.
I haven't read it or seen it reported other than this thread, but someone mentioned it earlier

But he entered through the sliding door right?

I know that, brother. What I was questioning was the guy that said they saw each other, and locked eyes. That would be new, and contrary to the affidavit so I asked for a link. The affidavit says she saw him. Then this monkey starts stalking me, because he couldn't understand basic English.
I am moving past it now.

When she wakes in the morning, she calls her friend because she is scared. They knock on the door, etc, look in the window with the ladder and then call the police.
Did the killer lock the bedroom doors on his way out? Also, I’m confused as to where the guy was found, was he in a hallway or doorway??

Not really looking for an answer
Just wondering if it was too convenient. Not that unlocked doors deserve a murderer to walk through them.

It's crazy that the door dash delivery didn't faze him. It's obvious people are awake in the house, so it's a huge gamble to go in. I wish they had guns to protect themselves.

I know there was a scream but it's crazy to think Xana and Ethan were presumably awake when he killed them and the other 2 roommates didn't hear more of a struggle.

Did he see the DoorDash delivery? I thought it was uncertain if he even saw the DoorDash get delivered. If that’s the case. Could explain Ethan and Xana getting murdered and not just the 3rd floor.

Would Dylan seeing him IN the house be considered direct evidence? It wasn’t him fleeing the scene of the crime. He was still IN the house, and he wasn’t supposed to be there. They weren’t having a party. He wasn’t a boyfriend. He wasn’t invited. He wasn’t family etc. He broke in.
Or would she had to have seen him actually stabbing the victims for it to be considered direct evidence?

Given the brewery incidents, I'm sure he was interested in one of the girls, maybe both of them, and was quickly shutdown by them.
The brewery you are referring to was in PA. He did not have a run in with them there.

7 hours till 911 called has me confused
Not sure why anyone is confused about this. These are college students who were partying that night. The killer probably shut their doors after killing them. College students sleeping until 11:00am the morning after partying is rather normal. The surviving roommates probably didn't suspect anything immediately upon waking. Maybe the lack of responses to texts or knocks triggered a closer look into the rooms. Don't forget the suvivors were awake at 4:30am so they'd definitely be sleeping real late, too. I don't see anything suspicious about this time-line.
