I work at Frito-Lay on a sales route....YET, those frickers want me to spend 10 minutes in a Ice Bath before I hit the road.
That shite is cold and I don't even get the purpose!!!!!

As someone who has done hundreds of them, take my advice and do them. They do the body absolute wonders.
