I think his actions showed a surprising degree of street smarts for a celeb. Against more than 1-2 attackers, move the conflict away to reset the distance and angles and maybe make an exit if necessary.

Yes, and I watched the video 3 times just to watch the dude in the blue jacket's continued epic fails.
