You should wear a green blazer so you can fit in while having a few beers with the guys. (And Paige)

For what days do you have tickets?

Are you really thinking of not going?

I have never been to a golfing event or tournament in my life. I have only stepped foot on a golf course 1 time and it was the cheapest course you could play on in Charlotte about 10 years ago and it was around loop 485.

I live 15 minutes from Augusta. Avoid downtown Broad Street and Greene Street after midnight. Avoid Gordon hwy no matter what time of day. Stick to the Washington Rd area where Augusta National is located. Wrightsboro Rd is alright as is the Wheeler Rd area.

And if you aren't interested in going, as others have alluded to, you can get a metric frickton of $$ for the tickets, house, maid service, etc that you won. Seriously..a shitload of $$.

Didn't mean to write an essay on Augusta...I just spend more time there than I do across the Savannah River in South Carolina due to where I work along with being born and raised in that area.

It says something about Pat Quigley on the ticket.

Do you watch Golf on TV?

Even if you don't, you can always make more money. This may be your only chance to go to a Masters. And don't be fooled and think, "it's only the practice rounds". the practice rounds are more fun imo.

I bet if you went, you'd go home and watch the tournament on TV and every year after.

I've been lucky enough to go to 2.
Wednesday is the best day to go.

Very cool tournament. They could charge whatever they want at concessions, but beer is like a 1.50 and pimento cheese sandwiches are a buck.

Ultra HD TV's do not do the coarse justice.

The par 3 is on Wednesday and the hi-light of the Masters imo.

The players are laid back and interact with the crowd.

Real ot answer: take a good friend that truly enjoys golf. He will have the time of his life and teach you something along the way. Seriously, from a golfer you don't know how awesome that would be and how much that would mean to me, to have a friend that would do that for me. Pass on the good fortune

You gotta go. Spend the next year watching, playing some, and becoming acquainted with golf so you can better appreciate the golden ticket you've arse backwardly won.
