I can keep going. You suck.

In March, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen sent a memorandum to U.S. attorneys and federal law enforcement encouraging them to consider prosecuting “the purposeful exposure and infection of others with Covid-19” under the nation’s terrorism laws because coronavirus appears to meet the legal definition of a “biological agent.” Several states also criminalize making terroristic threats, including Alaska, California, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Some legal commentators have raised questions about whether prosecutors should charge threats to spread Covid-19 under the terrorism statutes due to the potential unfairness of saddling an individual who did not realize he or she was committing a terrorist act with such hefty criminal penalties.

So if you went anywhere around people without a mask you are a terrorist.

Brandon's vaccine mandates for businesses with over 50 employees. Plenty of cities have implemented similar restrictions.

Lose your livelihood or comply and take a vaccine that you may or may not need. frick that guy.

What he posted last is dead on truth though. Kicking around a political hacky sack for the sake of votes/favor is as fundamental as it gets. We're the suckers.

Both parties frick us over but acting like there isn't a difference is just being disingenuous. Just look at Florida vs New York during Covid. Authoritarianism is alive and well and it's just about exclusively a trait of leftists

Look at what, specifically? Florida’s death rate is .88 per 100k residents. New York’s is .35 per 100k. Maybe some of the things you decry saved some lives.

Dumbass lockdowns that ruined more lives than they saved. I don't care if the death rate in Florida was 10x higher.

And during Delta. Hell, we still have school kids wearing masks in many areas to this day with no scientific basis.

Something like 70% of people who died "from" Covid had 4 or more comorbities. Most of them would have been dead of natural causes in a year anyway

Masks are stupid but it's not a lockdown. I'm trying to recall lockdowns after 2020. Were there any nationally imposed by DC?

I don't know that national lockddowns were ever constitutional or enforceable but you can easily look at them at the state level. The more blue the state the more stringent the Covid rules were, almost universally. And some are only ending them now because it's an election year and they don't poll well.

So, if I were to say national politics should be taken much less seriously than state and local government, what advice would you give me?

It shouldn't really even matter who the president is that much but of course we've trampled all over state's rights for decades at this point. Local politics are still more important to your daily life though.
