Yeah I think for some allergies and blocked nasal air flow when laying down happens regardless of weight.

Everyone I know that snores like a crazy man is either overweight or a smoker.
Don’t try to solve the real problem tho...look for an easy solution in the form of a magic pill or machine instead of being a man and fixing yourself.

Haven't checked. Just do an eBay search and look at the results to familiarize yourself.

After five years and various styles I have settled on a thin neoprene strap without trim. The trim is proud of the strap and leaves lines on your face.

Being skinny helps stop snoring, but you also need strong muscles in the neck area to avoid your mouth and neck collapsing and creating that awful vibration and snore. I prescribe a month of “8 minute abs” to your skinny friend. It will tighten up the chin / jaw / neck along with their stomach
