I was curious about that too. Your posts at 1:45 am would go down as 1:45 and 16 minutes later they are recorded as 1:01 am. Last year I took a screen recording of the time changing and watched the post times too.

If you're on the east coast, you basically got banned for an hour. Old threads under an hour old appeared with the new thread icon... if you clicked reply, it went to this message
