I don’t mind the v-tail, but the engine configuration would seem to be a pretty loud ride.

Is this just a jet version of the forked tail doctor killer?

In this price range its either a Honda Jet or a PC12.
Got to ride a Honda Jet from Atlanta to SSI, was very impressed how quiet it was and pretty comfortable for 30-40 minutes of flight time. I would not want to be in something that small for more than 2.5-3 hours.

If I’m buying a jet, then I’m buying this…
And it’s less than a third of the price of that weird looking toy jet.

Wonder what parts plus experienced labor costs are on an F4.
But yeah, I’d fly that to customer sites and conventions.

I would want something that goes stupid fast so like if you wanted to head to Destin for the weekend in the summer, you are there in 30-45 minutes

F-4s used to make a lot of smoke, if I recall correctly.

I have no complaints about my Citation X.

Yes, they did. May be relatively cheap to buy, but they would be extremely expensive to operate. Very fuel inefficient and finding parts would be a bitch.

Won't there be a lot of heat from the engine on that tail section?

Whatever happened to the Eclipse jet?

Turbojet engines are not even remotely fuel efficient. Look for something newer with fans, you can thank me later.

had a chance to buy a cherried out T-33 for $150k a couple of years ago, I looked at how much it cost to operate it and had to pass

I I had the money to spare to buy a fully functional F4 Phantom, do you honestly think I’d have the slightest care about its fuel efficiency?
