Yep, I’ve come to the conclusion that the extra money is worth it as I don’t have to fly that often. The inconvenience of being smashed together in coach warrants the extra expense of buying a first
Class seat. The rest is just part of flying.

To me the biggest problem is 98% of passengers severely overpack. They are going away for a weekend but bring a suitcase, backpack and then a computer bag. Are you planning on shitting yourself 7 times a day?
Older Women are the worst as they will stuff the suitcase so full and then they can’t lift it overhead and have to look around for help thus causing the line to get backed up.
Also when the plane lands and rolls up to the gate, why are people beyond row 2 getting up?

Flying got worse as it became more affordable. Vacations are a right and not a privilege these days. So your issues lie with the masses, not the airlines responding to the masses.
