Trucking claims can be a different animal from auto claims. I used to handle claims for a some large national trucking companys. A lot of the major trucking co. don't have insurance and choose to self insure with Third Party Administrator (TPAs) managing the self insured funds. I highly recommend finding an atty that specializes in trucking claims.

I can give you the name of a good, experienced PI attorney. Tulane graduate. Doesn't do all the cheesy commercials on the morning shows. If serious, let me know and I'll give you his info.....

There is a great lawyer in town who does no cheesy advertising and is a standup person. If serious, I will get you his name.

You'd never meet MB or MH, let alone have either handle your case unless the exposure is clear cut and your damages are worth their time. They use former insurance adjusters to do all the leg work, which is illegal as they are not licensed attys, and the result is almost nickel & dime, especially when their 25% or more cut is taken out of the settlement money.
