Saddleback will last forever, only because you’ll get over the look in a few months, and stop carrying it because they are so damn heavy. Seriously, everyone I know who bought a saddleback either sold it or stashed it within a year. Great looking bag, though.

I’ve had a thin saddleback briefcase and now a thin medium front pocket briefcase for a total of 6 years and it’s light enough to still carry it to work everyday. I’m not sure what the people you know are buying, but I don’t know why you would need anything more than that. It holds my laptop, iPad, notebook, cables, keys, etc, with room to spare.

My only complaint is that it has too many D rings that I never use. I’ve just been too lazy to take them off.

I need roomfor a Microsoft Surface tablet/laptop, a legal file, and a desk book. The slims may work, but really 10-12 in width would be best

too small of a case looks like a purse. The one I posted is $65, well made and will hold whatever you need.

Get one from Walmart. No one notices or cares what you carry your papers in.

Not sure they have brown. I like the Filo one posted earlier, but not sure if it’s big enough

Johnston & Murphy makes nice bags. I saw them at an outlet mall store a few years ago. Might have been in Foley.

Just looked at this Allen Edmonds double flap. Love it. Thanks for the tip. Have a black Tumi expandable brief now, but could definitely add this.

This is what a real BR businessman uses, like Greg Merriweather and the Relief Windows guy.

I see some pretty purses in this thread.

Be a man and get a brief case.
