I don't think security guards have the freedom to shoot everyone holding a gun. If the "victim" wasn't pointing the gun at the security guard, he shouldn't have been shot. We have the right to bear arms without being shot. Constitution doesn't say we have the right to bear arms just at home or just in our vehicles.

to bear = to carry

Does open carry mean you're never allowed to hold your gun???

When did we become so pussified as a country that the sight of someone holding a gun means we must immediately shoot the poor bastard?

About the time we wanted stupid actions to be protected from negative outcomes.

Look, the dumbass decided he wanted to play a stupid fricking game, or he meant harm. Either way he got what he served.

The pussy thing to do would be to ignore stupidity, is that what you millenials want? Freedom from consequence?

I'm pretty sure Our founding fathers are glad he got shot.

They never predicted that level of ignorance.

As s citizen I shouldn't have to wait until you shoot at me. You draw a gun, you are a threat. Period.

I know all shootings here in the republic of Texas go to a grand jury and if it's a clean shoot it gets cleared. However depending on the situation you could have to defend yourself in a civil court.

Dude you can't just walk around carrying a gun in your hand. That is naturally threatening and it is more than fair to say people would fear for their lives.

Have you never heard never heard that you never draw a weapon unless you are readyto use it?

If you just walk around brandishing a weapon, don't be surprised when you get shot.

Guess we better light everyone up at the shooting range, then. They're holding a gun, they must have bad intentions.

Dude walking to the club with gun in hand.

Security guard does his job and protects the patrons.

And some nutsack thinks the security guard should go to jail? Hard to believe.

Are you seriously equating walking into a gun range holding a gun to walking into a club holding a gun?

If i see a guy walking into a club with a gun in his hand i'm getting the hell out of there and calling the police because shite is about to go down.

And if you walk up to the front door of a shooting range with a gun in your hand, you are going to get refused at the door.

I read that link and do not see any spin from the media on that situation. Are you smoking crack or is there another video?

"Victim" is just to reference the guy who is now on the slab not that implying he was subject to some injustice.

Not in today's world. Nor does "justice" mean what it used to.

If a cop shooting a man carrying a gun is okay then if has to be okay for a citizen to do so as well.
