Just got one in the mail and I know ppl said for red light camera tix you don’t have to but what about a speeding camera ticket. I could easily say I was speeding up for whatever reason imo
Funny thing is I was actually in front of the fiancé and I speed so she was prolly just keeping up and I didn’t get one

They cant hurt your credit but they can boot you if you park on street in that city

No. I’ve gotten them in Zachary and BR and haven’t paid any of them. 5 years later and I’ve bought a home, truck, etc with no mention of it on my credit or driving record. If you look at the ticket, it’s says remit payment to somewhere not even in the state of Louisiana.

Iirc those Baker speed cam tickets are issued by the PD not the random camera agency in AZ. If that’s true, I’d pay it. PD can issue a bench warrant for you. No thanks.

In TX, they can’t make you pay and can only make it so you can’t renew registration online (lol). I never paid for years and had two on one of my trucks my GF drove. I made her drive to DPS to register my truck every year.
Last year Texas voted to remove all cameras as it is a sham run by private companies.
