Because I was raised by very good one and as a result have had extensive interactions with both.

I trust my eyes, experiences, and interactions over the myth that most Docs know as much as they are perceived know.

A career nurse spends way more time administering actual care than your typical Dr.

As a result of the time spent with patients and around Docs coupled with the nature that made them want to be nurses in the first place they are often better care providers. Through osmosis of sorts they have 90% of the Docs knowledge and 150% of a Docs concern for their patients.

That is why.

Not to mention that Dr Fauci said it would likely take 18 months to produce a vaccine and we have approved one in less than 10 months.

Pretty crazy what can happen when you throw a shitton of money at a problem and loosen up the red tape.

How much testing did China do on Covid before they released it from their bioweapons lab?

Do you want to take chinas engineered virus? Our our engineered vaccine?

Take a closer look at your nearest “made in China” item and get back to me

Well I know you know more than me because you're a nurse and I'm just an ER Doctor who has done a couple of hours of medical research on the vaccine but I took it yesterday.

We statistics on serious outcomes and who is most likely susceptible to those outcomes for COVID

We also have that for the vaccines

Both are statistically irrelevant for most people

There is enough circumstantial evidence to lead any logical human to draw the conclusion that the vaccine was approved as fast as possible.

So you are clearly going to take the vaccine as soon as it is presented to you. Can you explain your situation and reasoning for so blindly trusting a vaccine? Because the government tells you too? Because you believe it is for the betterment of society as a whole? Im honestly curious.

Why is this necessarily bad? Should they have purposely delayed the research so it wasn’t approved as fast as possible? As long as all the proper procedures were met, I’m glad it went quickly. Just bc a task is completed as fast as possible doesnt mean it’s inaccurate.

Do you have kids and are they of an age that they started getting the Varicella vaccine in the 90s?

Perhaps you think it is ludicrous or perhaps we have differing views when we conceptualize a nurse.

I am not thinking about some 24 year old 2 years out of nursing school. I am thinking of someone that has been an RN for 25 years.

Its not necessarily. But lets say they started human trials 3 months ago, then the data collected could only show the effects on a human after 3 months. What are the effects after 6 months, 12 months, 18 months. There is a reason these things usually take 18 to 24 months to develop and test.
