Unhealthy food just tastes so damn good.Humans are genetically programmed to crave fat,sweets and salt,.During times of plenty they would load up to get through times of famine.Problem is we don’t have times of famine anymore(in most countries).Food companies take full advantage of this and majority of people don’thave the willpower.
