I haven't "worked out" in probably 20 years.

But I did just pass 200 miles hiking/trail running for month of May and sitting around 700+ miles for the year which I think is more mileage than I've ever hiked/ran/walked in an entire year prior. All with a 10-15 lb pack.

I'm so tanned I look like a Mexican and my legs are jacked. Really need to convince myself to be a grown up and start lifting though because nobody gives a shite if your legs are jacked.

Go shoot some hoops, going and grabbing your rebounds is great cardio. Too many people have this misconception you have to walk on a treadmill or climb a stair master for hours on end to lose weight
