This will be expensive but still cheaper than the stimulus bills. Tell the vulnerable or people who think they are vulnerable to stay home. In fact, pay them to do so. Have meals delivered to then. It's on them to avoid contact with people who have been potentially exposed. If someone can't care for himself, then set them up in an isolated facility with a fully quarantined staff. In the meantime, the rest of us can go on living life.
