I hate louisiana traffic

I am stuck on I-10 in Slidell. Apparently I will be until tonight thanks to a wreck at the State line. What pisses me the most is they didn't reroute people at I-59. 7 hour trip to Atlanta has turned into 20 hours.

The construction right outside of slidell doesnt help! Turned my 1 hr trip to biloxi into 3 hrs!

How about taking a little "self" responsibility and opening up the Waze app. It auto reroutes you as traftic conditions change real time.

It had it as a 15 minute delay on Waze and Google. I guess once everyone's GPS doesn't move in hours it doesn't use it to calculate delays.

I blame the State for not putting a single detour procedures in place 4 hours after the wreck. To get people off the interstate before the point of no exits. How hard would it have been to place troopers at the I-59 exits to reroute people off the interstate?

Driving home from ky today. I'm sure that they will shut it down again for vehicle recovery too. Looks like it's 55 for me.
