New Orleans is probably one of the most visited cities in the country. No one would visit if crime were as bad as the OT says it was. You’ll be fine….enjoy your trip!

I'd think about valeting at a nearby hotel and let them stress about it. Unless you need your car daily? Then I'd find a garage that allows for you to come and go as needed within a few minutes walk
