Dealing with women is pretty simple. If you want to have sex or be in a relationship or whatever, let them know very early on (first or second time you meet). Don’t be crude or anything, just a passing joke or light comment that makes it clear that you don’t want to just be pals. If you know body language, saying something isn’t necessary, but when unsure, do it verbally.

You don’t have to be that good looking either. I’ve seen very average looking guys pull girls out of their league because they were fairly direct. Pretty girls sometimes get ignored by guys who are scared of rejection.
