maybe liability is a strong word as it's not illegal to give picks and locks, but neither is allowing porn or "racism". just seems like something he wouldn't do on TD.

Other is a guy loses all his shite and blames the site for giving bad information
I cant legally go to a business in LA and place a bet on a football game. Easier to just not allow an entire board centered around an illegal activity here
