My Grand Dad had a saying, when a woman steps out of line grab her up, lay her across your knee, jerk her dress up and her panties down. Now if you can spank her then you are a better man than I am.

If Steve is as good of a buddy that you allude to you confront him with it, and see how big a man he really is. If he's just an aquantance to you maybe someone you and your fellow employees report it.

I've done the exact same thing. Several years ago one of our operator's wife came into the office to get his check. Her arm was in a sling and she had two black eyes. I jokingly said "Damn Darryl whipped your arse?". She timidly said "yes" and turned around and left.

Darryl needs to get fricked up, no other way to go about it. No excuses for anyone to turn a blind eye.

Not sure. He worked out of town most of the time, which is why she was there getting his check. I got offered a position at another company shortly after and left. Horrible working environment at that place.
