Also I figured out the address from the house number only.
And the police have been swamping the news with that address - asking for anyone who picked up the free mattress from that specific address.

I don't know how many there are, but I found the house as the 4th result listed.
And I didn't hear the police say anything about a mattress until the press conference this afternoon. I made this thread in the morning.

It took me approximately 2 minutes to go to the SLC tax assessor site, enter the address and pull up a name.
I'm not sure why the media is being so hush hush on the owner's identity because its public record and anyone can take the address they released and search it.
OP is correct, according to the tax assessor's site the owner is Ayoola Ajayi.

We didn’t solve anything. I was just able to figure out the suspect that the police were already questioning and searching his house before they released his name to the public.
The police still haven’t released his name, but at this point other people have also done the same kind of digging and figured out who the suspect is.
The police are about to give a press conference in about 15 minutes. They’ve made an arrest.
