Yes, good job. Or you could have visited the Salt Lake County Assessor's web page, entered the property address--which was posted in more than one news article (which kind of surprised me)--and then found the owner. More than one way to skin a cat for sure:(LINK )

I have not come across any news article that posted the address before I posted this thread. I posted this thread at 9:04 this morning. I was searching for the address and name at like 8 this morning, about an hour before I posted this thread.
Can you link me?

Yes. Done:

I'm sure there are other sites. Mostly local Utah news outlets; I see them first 'cause I'm here in Utah.
One more thing: I found him on LinkedIn, and even though he's not a connection, we share a connection, though it's not someone I remember connecting to (you know LinkedIn is). Still, small world.

Someone here has to have an SA sub yet. See if her profile is still up and pull the nudes/bikini pics.

Ok, so I guess it’s possible the address was reported somewhere before I made this thread. But it certainly wasn’t widely reported at all, since I was searching for the address before I chose to try to find out myself.
So, how’d you find this website?

Right. I saw the address early this am, but I can't recall exactly when, but they've been reporting it for a bit. Never said I was first, just that there's more than one way to find this dude. I still can't believe they out and out posted the address, but maybe the news outlets wanted this guy outed, and this was the only way to do it without printing his name.
Found the Salt Lake County Assessor's office website via someone's post who is local--they said you can find owners name there, though no one here had actually looked up his name and posted it. I'm still a little surprised that you can actually look up who owns what property in SL County, but there it is. Not sure how many other counties do that, but I'm sure SL County isn't the only one.
And I found this website (TigerDroppings) by Google-ing the 547 N. 1000 W. address I think, and it found your post. Google works fast.

That’s another way I would look if I couldn’t find the name through white pages.
Here in Houston you can put in an address to find the owner with a property tax search, just like in Salt Lake City.
It’s just easier to search Whitepages first instead of having to search for local tax records.

FYI in SL County you can pull up the owner of a house on the county assessors site. After that a quick trip to LinkedIn and I found out the exact same thing.
Posted on 6/27/19 at 3:49 pm to Pedro
Also I figured out the address from the house number only. With just the house number it pulled up very few choices and then Google street view showed the house.

I did some sleuthing and found out the address to this house. Did some digging and found out it’s owned by a 31 year old man named Ayoola Ajayi.
