We were in FCA together during our undergrad years. I asked her out & initially she said yes. then she found out I was 7 months younger than her & she used that as a reason to back out (i'm sure there were other red flags of mine).
2 months later, she was fussing in a Huddle about being "so single". So, I asked her out again & she agreed that time. but I never followed thru because I started dating another girl after a fortuitous night out with friends the next night.

My friend bumped into her at a tire shop in BR. He held a one hour conversation with her without actually knowing who she was. He eventually found out and told us the story. He says she was super cool, very humble and was a joy to talk to. But she definitely did talk about the Olympics and the bobsled record that she had just set prior to them meeting at the tire shop.
We all made fun of him for not knowing who she was. I’d kill to meet her
