We're pushing our way to WWIII.
I wonder what the sides will be. Probably something like:
China
vs
USA/parts of Europe/ Japan
vs
Russia/parts of Europe.

Who would blitz America? Mexico or Canada? Yes I think we could easily handle it from a military standpoint.

You mean people saying that the people killed in Europe and Asia were mostly old people anyway, and the Jews exterminated in concentration camps probably had pre-existing conditions?
More like saying the people at Dachau and Buchenwald weren't dying because they wiped out on their motorcycles.

When people try to relate our current fight with COVID to what the Homefront in WW2 was like they get slapped.
We aren’t even close to what they went through.
Also I feel like if we were actually fighting a real enemy it would be a lot easier to sacrifice and accept rationing. The worst thing nowadays is wearing a mask and the store limiting toilet paper.

I recently rewatched Band of Brothers. From Normandy, Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands, to Bastogne.. I don't know how they did it.
probably the same as the guys at Khe Sanh or the Meuse-Argonne offensive.

OK Mr. Brokaw.

I think about how comfortable life overall is today and the absolute shock and sacrifice it would take for people to have to put up with that today.
IMO, that’s the problem with today’s social climate.
We need a war or a cleansing.

We are fighting a real enemy. The Government.
The DNC is so insanely left today that the RNC ran and elected a lifelong Democrat who basically mimics Bill Clinton policy wise and the DNC repeatedly calls him and his supporters extreme right fascist Nazis.

It's the cycle of life.
Strong men make good times
Good times make weak men
Weak men make hard times
Hard times make strong men

If only wearing a mask was necessary then I would agree with you.

Watching today’s Democrats openly root for us to lose the war would also be neat

Real sad so many men lost their lives but without their heroic sacrifice fighting the nazis we would’ve never had gay marriage, black lives matter, or drag queen story hour
