You're the worst fricking poster I've ever seen here. Humorless, macho, and boring.

a vehicle sitting still gets way better gas mileage than a vehicle driving 100.
I bet the house on that.

I feel that way totally... yet, I JUST got drawn into one of those.

for me, i know i will defend my point NOT to be "right" but to be sure i am understood 100%. so, if i'm not at that 100% mark, I will go and go until i feel they TOTALLY understand me and still disagree. then i don't care, and even try to learn from it.

but i've sure played my part in the exhausting crap you're talking about. i mean NOT to, tho!

but the other thing is.. this is a message board. some of the primary reasons people stop being lurkers and actually chime in is to either be heard OR to learn other angles or catch up on some info.

i think forums are a unique tool for humans to sorta express themselves. a LOT of translation can be lost when it's just words on a screen... but, you can be totally anonymous. and i think that it's just part of the baggage from forums. people trying to be dicks and one up the next guy, or be pompous and make people feel stupid. *shrug*

You realize there are only like 5 real posters on this board right? Alters... the lot of em.

Daycart said something about it a couple of years ago. "I Think therefore I know you are but what am I"
