Dude the people working at fast food are either 16 year olds, or the failures of our country. Do you really expect them to read an order screen correctly every time?

Massive fast food companies have high school kids or degenerates working in their place for minimum wage and you think they have them trained to short people?

I only have an issue sometimes at Wendy's. Combos automatically come in "small" and there are upcharges to make it a "medium" or "large" combo. Without asking, they will sometimes automatically upcharge me for a medium or large to get that extra $0.50 profit.
