These threads really are baffling. Baton Rouge has to be the smallest city in the country with severe traffic problems.

Appreciate the once and hour, 10 second traffic reports during lock down, stand still traffic jam. No bigger story in BR yet zero coverage from the local stations.

Because we have drivers from Livingston and Ascension commuting everyday causing this shite.
Seriously, people don't know how to drive in those parishes
