Atleast 8 cop cars, 3 ambulances, 3 EMS vehicles, and 2 fire trucks so far have passed on the shoulder

Whatever it is, it looks to clear up after Pecue. Unfortunately DOTD has no traffic cameras in that area (at least not ones open to the public).

Just went through the highland interchange and it was a shite show. People going the wrong way down the on ramp then turning north on highland against traffic. Wtf
