He would never do it because he knows that #2 would happen. He'd be boo'd out of the stadium. He's not retarded, he knows to stay away from Tiger Stadium if he doesn't want to look like a dumbass.

I went to a Texans game when Bush I was there. He was by no means a great President and I personally didn't care for him. But, come on, the man was President of the United States. Give him the respect the office deserves. If there were a mass chorus of boos it would be a sad image to the rest of the country about Louisiana.

I would like to think the fans of TS would be respectful enough of the office to not embarrass themselves by booing him just because they disagree with him politically, but I imagine that's expecting too much.

this makes no sense. He is elected by the people, if he doesn't do their will he is disrespecting them.

1. He'd probably cancel anyway with all the death threats coming his way for entering sacred ground and causing a security/screening nightmare for everyone.

I was at game 3 of the 2001 World Series when GWB threw out the first pitch. It was a great moment and something I won't ever forget. I would like to think the fans of TS would be respectful enough of the office to not embarrass themselves by booing him just because they disagree with him politically, but I imagine that's expecting too much.

Those are the words of a pussy.

I'd prefer to see Poppa Bush re-live Bad Sushi World Tour with a gig at TS where he could vomit on Alleva.

...he should've ordered the Muscona Rolls.

After seeing how a visit on a Thursday destroyed BR traffic, which I didn't think could get any worse, I'd really hate to see his fricking effect on the nightmare game day traffic.
