Haven't seen many pictures of downtown Wilmington yet but my company's headquarters building is on the Cape Fear River in Wilmington.
It's a 12 story building and apparently it has sustained wind damage on one side and water instrusion on every floor. Not unexpected with the eye wall sitting on top of them for 3 hours. :(

The last NHC report at 2pm had it at 34N and 78W but it looks a good bit east of that now.
