Looks like sustained winds are not really increasing but the gusts seem to be stronger relative to the sustained winds than in some other storms.

Yeah. He drove up to it when I t was leaning over. He went and parked in the car wash and was facing it when it blew up put of the ground. shite is getting really hairy

Yeah, the tank IS NOT ripped out of the ground by a 25 MPH wind and a firm rain storm.
Is gas spilled? quite possibly, but the tank is still in the ground.
