Huge positive news for New Orleans: The Ozanam Inn was sold and will be redeveloped

This was the last remaining blight that needed to go in the warehouse district/CBD/and Lower Garden District. Hopefully the reopen their new facility in New Orleans East and not back into areas where it impedes growth.
This is the place where most of the child molesters use as their home address once they are released from prison.
