Huge POS Chauna Banks with some more shenanigans

Tara Wicker had her “One Blood” Black/White Christmas Party scheduled for after the council meeting, so big fat Chauna filibustered the meeting and caused it to last about 2 hours longer than it should have been so Wicker could not go to her function. She spoke on literally every single item. Calling up department heads, etc and asking them stupid questions just to make the meeting last forever. She is complete trash.

Can Tara not leave the meeting? It's not like the people who voted for Chauna Banks will ever like her anyway. Everybody should have left and just let her talk to herself.
